DELICIOUS DECISIONS - an album by  Pamela Fey

'Fab choice!  Deliciously hard to decide which photos to put on the CD!  Thanks so much, Lyndsay!'

(In response to Pamela, I have to say, a client who was as delightful and enchanting to work with, as her music - Lyndsay.    Check out cover and sounds on

Thank you Lyndsay for sharing your talent with us.

Steve, my husband was speechless when he saw the canvas

up in the sitting room on the wall as you walk in.
It has stopped a few of our friends in their tracks too!

I think I might like to order perhaps another canvas or some more ordinary (how could I possibly use that word when referring to such a work of art !!!!) prints.  Got to get my head around Xmas pressies for Godmothers, grandma’s /framing etc. and then I will get in touch if I may.

I am so, so delighted with it Lyndsey.

 No doubt see you soon.

Hope all is going well.

WINTER FAERY - Magazine cover

EDITOR - 'Families on Thames' Magazine

The Winter fairy on our cover was shot by Lyndsay Russell, a Kingston/Richmond based photographer with a new approach.

Lyndsay says, "I specialise in taking magical portraits in a natural setting, with children dressed as faeries, wizards, pixies, princesses..."

Her portfolio is generating a queue of families who want something really fresh and different.

"With imaginations fired up and an air of enchantment, the children love posing on logs and dancing around trees. It's far freer than modelling in a studio - and quite wonderful to see." smiles Lyndsay, "And the parents, older kids and teenagers enjoy it too, with quite a few asking for joint photo sessions."

But what about boys? Lyndsay explains, 'It doesn't really matter if they don't want to be a cowboy or a pirate or something... I always suggest to parents that they bring along a a prop that means a lot to their child, such as a musical instrument, or spyglass. But failing that, with trees to climb and leaves to toss... you can always create something special."

Costumes and props can be provided (even a top fairy make-up artist) and Lyndsay shoots sessions all through the year.... Offering a choice of colour and/or black and white on traditional film, her combined background as a national press photographer, artist and mother help her to capture the right moment...

"Lyndsay's credentials are both impressive and apt.  We think the combination of her experience and skills as a national press photogrpaher, artist and mother make her portraiture exceptional...."

"(Lyndsay) shoots sessions throughout the year, usually in a choice of pretty gardens, parks (though there is a permit fee) or common land - but if you think your own would be suitable she's always happy to accomodate.  The sessions are far more relaxed than a studio posed session would be...  we love her work and think she's a really lovely woman, so if you'd like to have a session we recommend her highly..."
